Water is Magick...

She mentioned this to me decades ago; and I it has often come up in my head in her voice; abstractly ( or directly ) reminding me to drink more water; more often. I enjoy hearing & seeing this sort of 'meme' in my head often; to the point where these days; I even have sticky notes up in my Work space saying "Water is Magick"; "Drink more Water..." etc...I enjoy using as constant reminders to stay hydrated!!! && Go with the Flo, Yo!!
