Pushy colored glowing orbs

Strange vivid dream last night starting with walking or floating around in some sort of large room. As I was moving, I started seeing these different colored glowing orbs ( softball sized ) moving / floating around fairly fast and whizzing around close to me.

Eventuall one hit me; and would quickly drag me around the room for a few seconds, then let me go; which felt very awkward. This kept happening, and I admit, was fun for parts, but also I didn't like not being able to do much about it.

At some point, one was dragging me again, then it suddenly let me go and moved in front of me an transformed into a fully formed alien looking being was just just there, staring at me; it really freaked me out and caught me off guard!
